  • The role leads the end-to-end design, execution and evolution of skilling and capability programs, while also contributing to broader organisational design, process, culture and change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver leadership, behavioural and soft-skills capability programs that strengthen leadership effectiveness, collaboration, psychological safety and a strong organisational culture aligned to enterprise values.
  • Measure learning impact and effectiveness, using feedback, data and insights to continuously refine programs and ensure alignment to business priorities.
