Job Summary
The main goal of the E&PS team in Ghent is to ensure that the building and building systems are available 24/7 in a safe and compliant manner for the occupants and their activities.
Mentor / lead a team of managers, engineers, planners, specialists, technicians and contractors who are all together as a team responsible for ensuring the 24/7 continuous operational readiness of our sites.
Establish a culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement based on KPI’s, benchmarking and sharing best practices between sites and departments.
