Job Summary

  • This is a unique and pivotal leadership role responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and management of all activities related to securing, preparing, and maintaining the Right of Way for various infrastructure developments within the Qiddiya master plan.
  • Lead and oversee all construction activities related to ROW preparation, including but not limited to site clearing, demolition (if required), fencing, temporary access roads, and demarcation of boundaries.
