Job Summary

  • Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs, provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans, and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care, admit and discharge residents as needed, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
