Nursing metrics are assessed and staff coached/mentored to improve outcomes when deficits are identified.

Key Requirements
Bachelors Nursing Required or BSN completed within 5 years
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
5 Years Acute care, critical care, ED nursing experience preferred
2 Years Demonstrated in leadership responsibilities preferred
RN Nursing License required
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - AHA approved required
