Mento Group is seeking an experienced Engineering Coach specializing in health tech research to provide one-on-one coaching to members. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in AI/ML or health tech, along with leadership experience and a passion for coaching
Job Summary
The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with senior engineering leaders to help them identify goals and become better leaders.
All coaches must participate in an immersive, ICF-certified training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
Candidates are expected to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per month for at least 24 months to build meaningful relationships with members.
