Job Summary

  • Lead the development of the Artificial Intelligence & Automation Practitioner (ST1512) curriculum, creating clear, accessible content that brings workflow mapping, automation opportunities, AI-enabled tools, and responsible AI practice to life.
  • Provide personalised one-to-one coaching that builds confidence, motivation, and professional identity as AI & Automation Practitioners, including monthly coaching sessions and regular tripartite reviews.
  • You’ll also benefit from dedicated monthly CPD time for your own development, 5.6 weeks’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and two paid weeks off over Christmas/New Year.

Key Requirements

  • Experience designing and sequencing curriculum, training materials, or learning content
  • Experience coaching or mentoring professionals
  • Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
