Job Summary

• Prepare for and participate in daily transplant rounds with surgical and medical teams.
• Coordinate and manage patient care activities across the transplant continuum (evaluation, waitlist, inpatient, and post-transplant).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR and transplant databases (UNOS, Phoenix, SpectraPath, NKR, etc.).

• Associate degree required
• Current RN license in Ohio
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
• 3 years transplant/nephrology/critical care experience preferred
