Job Summary

  • Manage and monitor sales teams to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
  • Analyze the individual salesman performance on a daily basis, identify issues faced by the team and provide remedial actions and plans to ensure key performance areas are met.
  • Work with the client in developing and implementing trade plans in support of the distribution and trade sales strategies.
