Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2 years professional experience in financial indices
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Superior computer skills in Excel and Word

Nice-to-have

  • CFA or Advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience with index rebalancing
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or VBA
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • Experience presenting to committees
