• Full support of Sales Specialist for Automation equipment, including technical support and consultations to external customers and partners during system design, commissioning and operation.
• Analysis of design documentation and technical consulting during configuration and parametrization, elaboration of technical solutions, and communication with technical support centers of factories.
• Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service, conducts training courses, and consults customers on products and technical solutions.
