Job Summary

  • The Quality Improvement Specialist will provide performance management expertise and support in quality improvement, process mapping, performance measurement and analysis.
  • The role involves strategically integrating quality at the program and organizational level to support and strengthen TPH’s ability to drive effective public health practice, advance health equity and health outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include developing, implementing and evaluating divisional programs and projects, conducting current state assessments, and planning and coordinating projects.

  • Computer proficiency with Office and data analytics tools
  • Knowledge of public health legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with quality improvement frameworks
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Certificate in performance management or quality improvement (asset)
