Job Summary
The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program is designed with a specialized and focused platform to include lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, etc., and clinical experience with designated preceptors.
New Graduate RN Residents must complete 1 year of experience and meet the Transition to Practice program requirements to be considered RN I.
The New Graduate RN Resident will provide direct patient care in one of the following specialty areas: Acute Care, Critical Care Division, NICU, Labor & Delivery, Perinatal, Oncology, Surgical Services, Emergency Department, Psychiatric Research Institute, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH) - Surgical Services.
