The incumbent will direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, manage medication administration, and ensure all personnel follow established safety and sanitation protocols.
Key responsibilities include participating in facility surveys, developing quality assurance programs, and providing leadership through staff development and performance evaluations.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
