  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Honeywell, or similar BAS platforms
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical/industrial HVAC operation
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime and essential personnel duties
  • Physical ability for extended monitoring
  • NJ High-Pressure Black Seal Boiler License or equivalent (preferred)
