LSEG is seeking a Manager of Employee Relations to provide specialist advice and guidance on employee relations issues within a global framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, particularly in global organizations, and a collaborative mindset to enhance workplace culture and processes

Job Summary

  • Working within our supportive and inclusive People Function, you will build ER knowledge across LSEG while providing technical ER advice & guidance to our people leaders.
  • In partnership with Country and Business People Partners, People Operations and other People COEs, you will implement process improvements, driving simplification through inclusive, sustainable and impactful change.
