Key Requirements

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean principles/methods
  • Ability to apply root cause analysis
  • Self-directed, hands-on problem-solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of interpreting product engineering specifications
  • Achieved or ability to achieve LSS Green Belt certification within 6 months
  • Ability to achieve LSS Black Belt certification within 2 years
