Job Summary
Oversee a group of Territory Managers in selling products and services, influencing customers and driving revenue generation.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs to achieve profitable sales and case growth objectives, and lead the team to achieve Division sales, penetration, and churn reduction objectives.
Recruit, train, and mentor new hires and existing TMs, conducting field support sessions and evaluating training needs to ensure team development and performance.
