Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.
  • Assist in recording all incidents/accidents, retrieving resident records, and filing various medical information into resident charts.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and use dictation equipment, with on-the-job training provided.
