Must-have
7-10 years progressive HSSE experience
3+ years in leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
Professional safety certification NEBOSH or equivalent
Deep knowledge of APAC regional safety regulations
Nice-to-have
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
Facilities management background preferred
Fluency in additional APAC languages like Mandarin
Experience with digital transformation initiatives
Cultural intelligence for diverse contexts
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Safety Management
Professional safety certification (NEBOSH, Local Safety Certification)
