Job Summary

  • This role combines deep technical expertise in Workday reporting with strong leadership in data governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • As a subject matter expert in Workday reporting, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Hubs, this role will drive innovation, enhance the user experience, and ensure delivery of accurate, actionable people data across the organization.
  • The role will act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, Finance, and Analytics teams, leading reporting strategy, establishing governance standards, and expanding Workday’s reporting capabilities to support business decision-making.
