Job Summary
You’ll coach teams, product leaders, and senior stakeholders to embed Agile, Product, and Lean principles at scale, improving time-to-market, client outcomes, regulatory confidence, and colleague engagement.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Platform Owners, and senior leaders to champion consistent adoption of Barclays’ Ways of Working framework.
This role involves managing resistance to change, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and providing guidance to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
