  • US and foreign patent prosecution knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in USPTO Private PAIR and EPAS
  • High school degree minimum required

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Clarivate TIPMS or IPManager
  • Background supporting pharmaceutical patent prosecution
  • Strong communication skills for complex legal issues

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three years patent docketing experience
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
