Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring strict adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Must-have
