Hero AB is seeking a service-oriented customer support representative to join their Nordic team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in the construction or technical products sector, and will be responsible for handling various customer inquiries

Job Summary

  • You will be part of a Nordic customer service team handling cases from both Sweden and Norway, with varied tasks including order, delivery, product, and price inquiries.
  • The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, good system knowledge (preferably Microsoft Dynamics, LIME), and strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • This is initially a 5-month consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Hero during the assignment period, with a flexible work schedule and the possibility of hybrid work.
