Job Summary

  • Supports the operational health and execution quality of Golden Pet’s DTC brand sites by owning site readiness, QA standards, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Partners closely with eCommerce, CRO, Brand and Development teams to maintain site reliability, identify issues early, and uphold a polished, customer-ready experience at all times.

Key Requirements
