  • Manages the P&L of a specific market with a strong focus on revenue growth, rate attainment, inventory optimization, and EBITDA, while forecasting business growth/decline and developing strategies to address changing business environments.
  • Proactively develops the branch team through recruiting, selecting, and growing exceptional talent, managing employee performance, and holding employees accountable against expectations and business metrics.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of leading an organization
