Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years progressive building operations experience
  • Proven people leader of teams six or more
  • Track record of managing capital projects
  • Experience with emergency management
  • Experience writing and managing tendering processes
  • Experience managing ESG projects preferred
  • SMA and FMA designation, BES, SMT, HVAC technician or 5th/4th Class Engineer certification
  • RPA designation or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Direct Digital Controls systems
  • Experience overseeing tenant build-outs
  • Strong budgeting and financial acumen
  • Working knowledge of building and fire codes
  • Proficiency with MS Office and mobile technology
  • Experience with Yardi, Angus or Building Engines work order system
