  • Assist Email Operations Administrators with daily support and administration of our Exchange Online M365 GCC-High cloud environment, as well as supporting Teams in the cloud.
  • Review system logs and dashboards proactively to help identify/troubleshoot issues and assist with development of PowerShell scripts that improve efficiency through automation.
