Job Summary
This role is responsible for defining and documenting end-to-end of global payroll and time & attendance processes ensuring standardized, efficient, compliant, and high-performing payroll operations across all regions.
The role will be responsible for driving vendor performance, monitoring service delivery, escalating risks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives, serving as the global point of contact for ADP and regional payroll vendors.
Key responsibilities include overseeing purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, approvals, accruals, and financial controls related to payroll vendors, as well as resolving billing discrepancies and managing disputes.

Key Requirements
