Job Summary
As the Business Development & Portfolio Leader for 3M’s Infrastructure Coating Business, you will identify, develop, and maintain sales opportunities for assigned countries, ensuring profit center sales and margin objectives are met or exceeded.
You will obtain customer and internal input to develop a portfolio strategic plan, aligned with divisional strategic plan, and execute this plan in partnership with local and global business leaders.
Key activities include strategic business growth, sales and pipeline management, client and account management, market analysis, product and service development, performance reporting, pricing, and technical collaboration.
