Job Summary
Perform Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) per Boeing’s applicable Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
Make adjustments during the process of the weld to compensate for variations in thickness, mismatch, gap, equipment anomalies, assembly fit-up, etc.
Work in conformance with drawings, specifications, and verbal or written instructions, trade practices, and applicable codes.
