Job Summary

• The role acts as a key design and governance authority for Technology managed service offerings, ensuring that services are scalable, repeatable, commercially viable, and aligned with agreed methodologies and quality standards across territories.
• Engage and collaborate with the Service Architects from the Service Towers clearly translating business, commercial and operational requirements into service designs in close partnership with technical solution owners.
• Work flexibility - hybrid working model, flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave, Development and upskilling - our full support during onboarding process, mentoring from experienced colleagues, training sessions, workshops, certification co/financed by PwC and conversations with native speaker.
