Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success
  • Demonstrated success managing UK broker relationships
  • Proven track record retaining/growing enterprise accounts
  • Direct knowledge of UK broker sector
  • Knowledge of EAP, employee health and wellness
  • Strong consultative approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
  • Willingness to travel within the UK
