Job Summary
Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, coordinate care for patients, triage patients, and work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff.
The RN II will assist individual patients, their families, and providers in developing the plan of care to meet patients’, their families’, and practitioners’ needs by prioritizing multiple nursing diagnoses and collaborative medical problems into the POC.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing
Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
Valid Registered Nursing License
