Chanel is seeking a Beauty Advisor (Alternance) for Strasbourg and surrounding areas, starting in September 2026. The role involves driving sales in various retail outlets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Chanel's brand values
Job Summary
You will ensure the development of sales within the various Wholesale points of sale (Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud...) of the Parfums Beauté France subsidiary while ensuring the brand image is respected.
You will develop sales in the points of sale to which you are assigned, guarantee the excellence of the customer experience in line with the House's values, and ensure compliance with the merchandising policy.
You will contribute to the sector's performance by participating in local activations and will work in close collaboration with your Client Engagement Manager to whom you will provide weekly reports and field feedback.
