You will contribute to the management and animation of projects aimed at improving customer experience within the after-sales service journey.
You will participate in the management of customer requests regarding documentation, reports, and user support, as well as in the creation and updating of presentations and dashboards.
You will coordinate performance improvement programs, ensure the link with the field, and participate in follow-up meetings.
