Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services associated with the NAVIGATE program’s Supportive Employment and Education Specialist (SEE) and other case management services to our clients who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
  • The SEE specialist will engage in collaboration with clients and their families and may intervene with employers and academic professionals to assist clients with obtaining, retaining, completing, or transitioning vocational and/or educational objectives, per NAVIGATE protocols and standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field plus 2 years of experience
  • Mental Health Paraprofessional certification within 90 days of hire
  • High School Diploma plus six (6) years of related experience
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
