The Senior Manager will serve as the single focal point for all product and systems training, owning the end-to-end learning journey from needs analysis through delivery and impact measurement.
This role requires leading a globally distributed team, developing engaging multi-modal training materials, and ensuring employees, partners, and merchants have the knowledge to succeed with Shift4’s products and processes.
