Job Summary

  • This role will manage a high performing team focused on the Space Based Interceptor program, providing technical, administrative, and management expertise in the day-to-day activities required to successfully execute the programs.
  • Provide technical oversight by reviewing key SEIT products, analyses and models for compliance with department standards, good engineering practice and compliance with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Functional management of approximately 10-15 systems engineers, including writing and conducting quarterly connection notes/meetings, providing feedback, assessing staffing needs, and ensuring employee training.
