Job Summary
This role will manage a high performing team focused on the Space Based Interceptor program, providing technical, administrative, and management expertise in the day-to-day activities required to successfully execute the programs.
Provide technical oversight by reviewing key SEIT products, analyses and models for compliance with department standards, good engineering practice and compliance with customer requirements and expectations.
Functional management of approximately 10-15 systems engineers, including writing and conducting quarterly connection notes/meetings, providing feedback, assessing staffing needs, and ensuring employee training.

Base: $135,100.00 - $202,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and PTO
