Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to enable effectiveness and productivity of Vice President level company officers and thereby the business unit, by providing varied and complex operations, administrative and logistical support.
Provides administrative support needs of the VP up to and including responsibility for routing or answering routine correspondence, preparing communication and other documents, developing presentation materials using graphics and graphs and other reporting duties.
Collaborates with VP(s) to ensures excellent onboarding experience for new employees within the scope of their business unit, up to and including arranging for an effective workspace and tools critical for their new role.
