Job Summary

• The Client Support Professional provides high touch support to commercial clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, by serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Loan Ops, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.
• Responsibilities include handling daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing, performing loan advances, transfers, payoffs and pay downs, and troubleshooting customer issues.

Base: $50,000-$65,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible to earn an annual bonus; Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(k) with company match, etc.
