Job Summary

  • Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including initial formulation of investigation strategy, interviews, document review, and stakeholder debriefs.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to non-attorney investigators on broader team, offering guidance on legal standards, documentation, and case handling.
  • Partner with The Cigna Group’s team of e-discovery and forensic investigators to identify, preserve, and obtain relevant documents and data.
