Must-have

  • Resolve service requests via ticketed submissions within allowable time
  • Strong verbal written communication and conflict resolution skills

Nice-to-have

  • Proactive thought process and critical thinking analytical troubleshooting
  • Experience with Exchange Active Directory preferred
  • Experience installing printers including print server management preferred
  • ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Endpoint Central or RMM tools preferred
  • Accredited technical certifications preferred

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2+ years relevant experience
  • Microsoft Operating System experience required
  • Must have appropriate vision to see up close and at distance
