Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years Data Modelling Experience
  • 4+ years HCM reporting or Workday Reporting Experience
  • 3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience
  • Knowledge of financial terminologies and core design principles
  • Ability to work on multiple projects across multiple countries

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of APAC countries HCM business practices
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN languages
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
