Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing technical facility operations including maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG, UPS, and building systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the facility.
Supervise daily technical operations and preventive maintenance activities, monitor performance of various building systems, and coordinate with technicians and service vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and engineering standards, review maintenance checklists, logs, breakdown reports, and AMC activities, and support energy management and cost control.
