** Redlands Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts, responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. The ideal candidate must be licensed and possess strong communication skills to ensure residents' needs are met effectively. **

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
