Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site goals.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing coaching and guidance to both your team and site associates while ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.
  • This position requires leading a culture of excellence through associate engagement, managing incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement processes within a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in strategic management
