Job Summary

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RVN with at least two years’ post-qualification experience and leadership skills who is keen to help develop and support our nursing team while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
  • As Lead RVN, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the practice, leading a small team of five direct reports and ensuring patients receive outstanding care throughout their journey—from admission through to discharge.
  • Our practices benefit from a varied first opinion and referral caseload, including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, soft tissue surgery and medicine.
