MillerKnoll is seeking an Operations Work Team Leader for their Seating department in East Greenville, PA, to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing and a strong background in lean manufacturing principles

Job Summary

  • The Operations Work Team Leader will perform a front-line leadership role in support of Manufacturing Associates, Team Leads and Maintenance in the areas for the full Seating department.
  • Ensure that all products are produced safely, efficiently, completely, correct and on-time.
  • Develop Process Leads and Operators while working with support resources to increase engagement and involvement in maintaining and improving safety aspects, product quality compliance, achieving and exceeding performance standards, leading kaizen events, and driving continuous improvement.
